We have just had a briiliant cruise to Iceland and Norway on the Norwegian Star. The whole experience as first time cruisers has been excellent. From start to finish the fantastic crew could not have done more to make it a holiday of a lifetime. The ports of call and the trips on offer were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute.

We paid a lot of money for this cruise, in fact it was the dearest cruise we have been on. For a cruise not to supply drinking fountains for water or bottled water is a disgrace. Then to be expected to purchase water at exorbitant prices and for decent coffee the same is ridiculous. We were very fond of NCL before this cruise but I am afraid it will be the last time we cruise with them. The prices of the trips were double any prices for the same outside of the ship and the buffet meals were not up to scratch. Overall this ship was only interested in money for everything. The tips expected were like paying for an inside cabin and it is the worst cruise we have been on.
